Processing normally takes approximately 20‑30 seconds. We only provide technical image‑processing services. The Service does not constitute medical, cosmetic surgery, psychological or professional aesthetic advice of any kind.

2. Eligibility

When you upload photos, you represent and warrant that:

• You own all copyright, portrait‑image rights and other legal rights for the uploaded photos; or you have obtained full, lawful authorization from every person appearing in the photo to process their image through our Service.
• You shall not upload photos of third‑party individuals without obtaining explicit consent from those individuals.
• You shall not upload illegal, pornographic, sexually explicit, violent, defamatory, infringing, deceptive or otherwise objectionable content.

3.2 Prohibited uses

You agree you will NOT:

6. Service Availability & Modifications

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special damages including loss of data, emotional distress, loss of profit arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
• You shall be solely responsible for disputes, claims or lawsuits triggered by photos you uploaded or outputs you generate and publish, including portrait‑right infringement, copyright disputes, and liability arising from your attempt to create prohibited adult‑content. 9. Suspension & Termination

• You conduct activities that damage our server or system security.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Temporary stored images will follow our automatic‑deletion rule, subject to legal retention requirements.
