You are responsible for reviewing generated results before using or publishing them.
5. Credits and Purchases
5.1 Credit-Based Access
The Service uses a credit-based system for certain paid features.
You must purchase credits to access the relevant services. The applicable credit cost for each operation is displayed on the Website where available.
Please review the package price, credit quantity, and applicable credit cost before completing a purchase.
5.2 Purchase Authorization

5.5 No Return of Used or Deducted Credits

This includes credits used for requests that produce incomplete, inaccurate, or unsatisfactory results.
If you believe a deduction resulted from an accounting error, you may contact us for review. Any correction required by applicable law will be handled in accordance with the applicable requirements.

We do not guarantee that a generated result is original in a legal sense, free from third-party rights, or eligible for copyright or other intellectual property protection.

7. Image Retention and Privacy
Uploaded images and generated images retained by our Website are kept for 30 days and then deleted from our systems in accordance with our image-retention policy.
This 30-day period applies to images retained by our Website. Third-party AI providers may have separate data-retention practices and may retain their own copies, prompts, outputs, or technical records under their applicable terms and policies.
Account information, transaction records, and other records may be retained separately where necessary to operate the Service, manage credit balances, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, or comply with applicable law.
